1. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

2. Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible under general laws for the content we ourselves publish on these pages, pursuant to § 7 para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that has been transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity (§§ 8 to 10 TMG).

Our obligation to remove or block the use of information under general laws remains unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal infringement becomes known to us. The MWGFD association is not aligned with any political party. Rather, we seek exchange and cooperation with all political parties and other organisations that share our goals and ideals: the restoration of a healthcare system worthy of the name, within an open and free society and on the basis of honest science.

Our website contains links to external third-party sites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages remains responsible for them. We checked the linked pages for possible legal violations at the time of linking and found no such violations. Requiring permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages would be unreasonable without specific indications of a legal infringement. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
